Sheraton Club Lounge
Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card and photo identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability. Unfortunately we are unable to confirm connecting rooms in advance.
Currency Exchange Policy
The hotel will exchange Canadian Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, Japanese Yen, Mexican Pesos, and the U.S. Dollar. The exchange of coin currency is not permitted.
Early Departure Fee Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Departures on the day of arrival will be charged one night's room rate plus tax. For guests who have reservations of two or more nights, departing before the confirmed checkout date will result in an early departure fee of 75 USD.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available in guest rooms with a king-size bed, for a fee.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel's revenue management department directly.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee. Please ensure that all packages sent to the hotel include the hotel name and address, the name of the guest receiving the package, the arrival date of the guest, and (if applicable) the name of the convention that they are attending.
Pet Policy
The hotel accepts dogs that weigh less than 40 pounds for no additional charge. Guests with dogs over 40 pounds are billed a non-refundable fee of $25 USD per stay. Guest must sign a waiver at check-in before the dog is allowed in the guest room. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card if cleaning is required or if repairs are needed in the guest room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Payment Policy

Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
The hotel does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment. Questions can be directed to the hotel's accounts receivable department.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist.
